Under the auspice of the "BelBrand" Association, the corporate museum of the Belarusian oldest beer brand "Alivaria" hosted a roundtable on the topic "How to protect oneself from unscrupulous competitors?". The event was attended by officials of the State Customs Committee, the "Belgospischeprom" Concern, heads and specialists from domestic enterprises, patent attorneys and many others.
The debate had an obvious practical relevance. Taken the example of the OJSC "Barkhim" in protecting its trademark in Kazakhstan, the audience discussed algorithms to counter pirate registrations. The Patent Attorney Valentin Rachkovskiy and other invited experts shared their practical recommendations. Practical aspects of designing, promoting, defending and protecting trademarks were discussed.
