The "BelBrand" Association is a partner of the Regional Seminar on the Patent Law Treaty (PLT), organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the State Committee for Sciences and Tech-nologies and the National Intellectual Property Centre (starting at 9:00 a.m.).
April 26-27 (Minsk Design Week):
The "BelBrand" Association is a partner of the Minsk Design Week. On April 26, the "BelBrand" Association presents the section of "Ukraine: Architecture and Design". On April 27, Valentin Rach-kovskiy, Member of the Board of the "BelBrand" Association and the Managing Partner of the "BelBrand Consult" Agency for Intellectu-al Property Protection, makes a report "Protection of Intellectual Property in the Sphere of Designing", the beginning of the report at 3:15 p.m. (programme of the day).
April 28 (Vitebsk):
The "BelBrand" Association is holding, in cooperation with the Public Organization "Belarusian Republic's Youth Union", a travel seminar of the School of Brand Managers. The event will include the follow-ing master classes: "Peculiarities of Using and Protecting Intellectual Property in the Sphere of Designing" (the moderator – Valentin Rachkovskiy, a Patent Attorney and the Managing Partner of the "BelBrand Consult" Agency for Intellectual Property Protection; "10 Examples of Poor Design" (the moderator – Evgeny Ryzhanovich, the head of the Design Studio Logosapiens).
April 29 (Minsk, Republic's Scientific and Technical Library):
Valentin Rachkovskiy, a Patent Attorney and the Managing Partner of the "BelBrand Consult" Agency for Intellectual Property Protec-tion, will make a report "Creativity and Intellectual Property Rights" within the 19th Republic's Seminar "Actual Problems of Intellectual Property", organized by the Republic's Scientific-Technical Library. The focus of the seminar was on the topic "Creator and Society in the Age of Internet: Aspects of Copyright and Patent Law".
